Part 7: Offences

In section 26(3) of the Immigration Act 1971 (general offences: "relevant enactment")—

the word "or" after paragraph (c) shall cease to have effect, and

after paragraph (d) there shall be inserted—; or ethe Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (apart from Part 5).
