Part 1: Nationality

In the following provisions of the British Nationality Act 1981 (c. 61) the words ", if a woman," shall cease to have effect—

section 10(1) and (2)(registration as British citizen following renunciation of citizenship), and
section 22(1) and (2)(registration as British overseas territories citizen following renunciation of citizenship).
