Section 299: Categorisation of listed events

Part 3: Television and Radio Services ETC — Chapter 4: Regulatory provisions

For subsections (1) and (2) of section 97 of the 1996 Act (listed events), there shall be substituted—

In subsection (3)(b) of that section, the words "by the Commission" and "by them" shall be omitted.

In subsection (5) of that section—

for the words "addition of any relevant event to" there shall be substituted ; and" inclusion of any event in "
in paragraph (a), for "addition" there shall be substituted ." inclusion "

After that subsection, there shall be inserted—
