Part 4A: ON-DEMAND PROGRAMME SERVICES — Chapter 2: Regulation of on-demand programme services

OFCOM must establish and maintain an up to date list of persons who have—

given a notification to OFCOM under section 368BA(1) of their intention to provide an on-demand programme service, and
not given a further notification under section 368BA(2)(b) of their intention to cease to provide it.

OFCOM must publish the up to date list on a publicly accessible part of their website.
