References in this section to subordinate legislation are to an order or regulations made under this Act by the Secretary of State or the Welsh Ministers.
Subordinate legislation—
A power to make subordinate legislation is exercisable by statutory instrument.
A statutory instrument containing (alone or with other provisions) —
may not be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
A statutory instrument containing any other subordinate legislation made by the Secretary of State, apart from—
is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
A statutory instrument containing (alone or with other provisions)—
may not be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the National Assembly for Wales.
A statutory instrument containing any other subordinate legislation made by the Welsh Ministers, apart from—
