Part 7: Supplementary and final provisions
This section applies where an owner of premises gives a notice to the local housing authority for the purposes of this section informing them of his interest in the premises.
The authority must give him notice of any action taken by them under any of Parts 1 to 4 or this Part in relation to the premises.
