Following the publication of the National Development Framework for Wales or a revised Framework, a local planning authority must consider whether to carry out a review of their local development plan.

Following the adoption or approval of a strategic development plan or revised strategic development plan for all or part of their area, a local planning authority must consider whether to carry out a review of their local development plan.
