Part 2: Health service bodies — Chapter 5A: Trust special administrators: NHS trusts and NHS foundation trusts
When the appointment of a trust special administrator takes effect, the trust's chairman and executive and non-executive directors are suspended from office.
Subsection (1) does not affect the employment of the executive directors or their membership of any committee or sub-committee of the trust.
