Part 42: Statutory Auditors — Chapter 6: Supplementary and general

The Secretary of State must, at least once in every calendar year, publish a report containing a summary of the results of inspections that are delivered to him—

by the Independent Supervisor under section 1229(5A);
by a recognised supervisory body under paragraph 13(12) of Schedule 10.
