Part 10: A company's directors — Chapter 9: Supplementary provisions

For the purposes of this Part—

bodies corporate are associated if one is a subsidiary of the other or both are subsidiaries of the same body corporate, and
companies are associated if one is a subsidiary of the other or both are subsidiaries of the same body corporate.
