This section applies where a charge is registered in accordance with a provision of this Chapter.
The registrar must—
The registrar must give a certificate of the registration of the charge to the person who delivered to the registrar a section 859D statement of particulars relating to the charge.
The certificate must state—
The certificate must be signed by the registrar or authenticated by the registrar's official seal.
In the case of registration under section 859A or 859B, the certificate is conclusive evidence that the documents required by the section concerned were delivered to the registrar before the end of the relevant period allowed for delivery.
