Part 6: Legal Complaints

The offices of Legal Services Complaints Commissioner and Legal Services Ombudsman are abolished.

Accordingly—

sections 51 and 52 of, and Schedule 8 to, the Access to Justice Act 1999 (c. 22), and
sections 21 to 26 of, and Schedule 3 to, the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990 (c. 41),

are repealed.
