The Town and Country Planning Act 1990 is amended as follows.
In section 187A(12) (maximum penalty of level 3 on standard scale for offence of being in breach of a breach of condition notice) for "fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale" substitute

An amendment made by this section applies only in relation to offences committed after the amendment has come into force.
