Part 12: Final provisions
Her Majesty may by Order in Council provide for any provision of this Act, or of any instrument made under it, to extend (with or without modifications) to any of the Channel Islands.
Any such Order in Council may make such transitional, incidental or supplementary provision as appears to Her Majesty to be necessary or expedient.
