Part 10: General provisions

This Part comes into force on the day on which this Act is passed.

Section 1—

so far as it relates to England, comes into force on such day as the Secretary of State appoints by order, and
so far as it relates to Wales, comes into force on such day as the Welsh Ministers appoint by order.

Sections 10, 13 and 17 come into force on such day as the Lord Chancellor appoints by order.

Sections 18, 90, 101, 102, 103 and 104 come into force at the end of the period of two months beginning with the day on which this Act is passed.

Part 6 comes into force on 1 April 2014.

The remaining provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Secretary of State appoints by order.

An order under subsection (2), (3) or (6) may appoint different days for different purposes.
