Section 327 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (which makes provision about the offenders in respect of whom multi-agency public protection arrangements - sometimes referred to as "MAPPA arrangements" - must be made) is amended as follows.
In subsection (1), for "subsections (2) to (5)" substitute ." subsections (2) to (4) "
In subsection (3), in paragraph (a), after "Schedule 15" insert ." or in subsection (4A) below "
In subsection (4), in paragraph (a), after "Schedule 15" insert ." or in subsection (4A) below "
After subsection (4) insert—
Omit subsection (5).
In subsection (6), after "In this section" insert
