The Registration Service Act 1953 is amended as follows.
After section 19A insert—
In section 19B (fees in respect of provision of copies of records etc)—
after subsection (1) insert—1AThe Minister may by regulations provide for fees to be payable to a civil registration official in respect of the disclosure by the official of information under section 19AA.,
in subsections (2) and (3), for "The regulations" substitute , and" Regulations under this section "
in the heading, omit "in respect of provision of copies of records etc".
In section 21(1) (interpretation), after "respectively—" insert—
