A youth rehabilitation order must specify a date (the “end date”) by which all the requirements in it must have been complied with.
The end date must be—
not more than 3 years, and
in the case of a youth rehabilitation order with intensive supervision and surveillance, not less than 6 months,
after the date on which the order takes effect.
If a youth rehabilitation order imposes two or more different youth rehabilitation requirements—
the order may also specify, for each of the requirements, a date by which the requirement must have been complied with;
if it does so, the last of those dates must be the same as the end date.
