Section 359: Restraining order

Part 11: Behaviour orders — CHAPTER 3: Protection from harassment

In this Code “restraining order” means an order made under section 360 against a person which prohibits the person from doing anything described in the order.

A restraining order may have effect—

for a period specified in the order, or
until further order.
