Section 38: Responsibility for remunerating tribunal members

Part 2: Courts, tribunals and coroners — Chapter 3: Employment tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal

In the following provisions of the Employment Tribunals Act 1996, for “Secretary of State”, in each place it occurs, substitute —“Lord Chancellor”

section 5(1), (2) and (3) (remuneration of members of employment tribunals etc);
section 27(1), (3) and (4) (remuneration of members of Employment Appeal Tribunal etc).
