Section 29 of the Courts Act 1971 (court accommodation in the City of London) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1)—

omit “respectively”;
omit “and the Mayor’s and City of London Court”;
for “those names” substitute ;“that name”
for “those courts respectively” substitute .“that court”

In subsection (2), for “courts” substitute .“court”
