Section 46: Power to publish details of enforcement action taken against relevant persons

Part 1: Product security — CHAPTER 3: Enforcement

The Secretary of State may publish details of a failure by a relevant person to comply with a relevant security requirement in relation to a product.

The Secretary of State may publish details of any of the following—

an enforcement notice given to a person;
a penalty notice given to a person;
an order made under section 42 for the forfeiture of any products.
