In paragraph 95(1) of the electronic communications code (power to confer jurisdiction on other tribunals)—

in paragraph (a), at the end insert ;"or the Upper Tribunal"
in paragraph (aa), for the words from ", but only" to the end substitute ;"or the Upper Tribunal"
omit paragraph (b).
