In section 62A of TCPA 1990 (when application may be made directly to the Secretary of State), in subsection (3)(a)—

in sub-paragraph (i) omit "or";
after that sub-paragraph insert— ia an application for hazardous substances consent under the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990, or.
