In section 9 (purchase price and costs of enfranchisement)—
before subsection (1) insert— A1 The price payable for a house and premises on a conveyance under section 8 is to be determined in accordance with section 37 of the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024.;
omit subsections (1) to (2).
