Part 1: Interpretation and General

“Legal help” means the provision of civil legal services other than—

acting as a mediator or arbitrator;
issuing or conducting court proceedings;
instructing an advocate in proceedings;
preparing to provide advocacy in proceedings; or
advocacy in proceedings.
