Part 1: Introduction

These Regulations may be cited as the Energy Efficiency (Private Rented Property) (England and Wales) Regulations 2015.

This Part and Part 2 come into force on 1st April 2016 ....

Part 3 comes into force—

on 1st April 2017 in relation to non-domestic PR property,
on 1st October 2017 in relation to domestic PR property.
