For new clients, you start by receiving an anonymised brief. This provides a summary of the case, including a listing of all evidence that's been gathered. You can elect to request this case, at which point the client will be presented the option to start working with you, as well as any firm specific documentation you desire, like pricing information, terms, or KYC. Once the client confirms they are ready to proceed, you receive access to the full evidence, our report, and client conversations, as well as our system so you can ask questions about the case, to get up to speed faster.
For clients who have signed up to Remedy from your firm's custom landing page or WhatsApp number, you will have access to everything immediately.
Yes. You can set up as many case searches as you like. You can customise these in any way which works for you, whether that is based on the type of defendant, the value of the case, location, etc.
Please note: cases may not be filtered based on protected characteristics.
Yes. Firms are able to specify their pricing model depending on the nature of the claim. We work with cases on conditional fee arrangements, damages-based arrangements, fixed-fee/flat-rate arrangements, or hourly depending on the nature of claim, and the firm's preference. Any billing arrangement is directly between your firm and the client, Remedy is simply there to facilitate this.
Every client has passed our intake and triaging process. These conversations can be hundreds of messages long, and they cover all bases of their issue.
Before handover, every client actively opts into proceeding with their case, and has an active understanding of what the process entails.
