Any notice, statement or other document required or authorised to be given or made by an occupation contract must be in writing.
41(2)
Sections 236 and 237 make further provision about form of notices and other documents, and about how to deliver or otherwise give a document required or authorised to be given to a person by or because of this Act.
41(3)
This section is a fundamental provision which is incorporated as a term of all occupation contracts.
