The power conferred on Executive Councils by section 64(2) of the 1947 Act to provide, if authorised by the Minister in certain circumstances, residential accommodation for medical practitioners providing services under Part IV of that Act shall include power to provide, if so authorised in like circumstances, practice accommodation for—
(a) medical practitioners providing such services as aforesaid, and
(b) persons providing such other services under the National Health (Scotland) Acts 1947 to 1967 or under this Part of this Act as may be so authorised either generally or in special cases.
In this section " practice accommodation " in relation to a person providing services of any kind means accommodation suitable for the provision of services of that kind.
This section applies to Scotland only.
