Part I: Amendments connected with the national health Service

42(1)

Any power conferred by this Part of this Act to make an order or regulations shall be exercisable by statutory instrument which shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.

42(2)

Any power conferred by this Part of this Act to make regulations shall, if the Treasury so direct, not be exercisable except in conjunction with the Treasury.

42(3)

Any power conferred by this Part of this Act to make an order shall include power exercisable in like manner to vary or revoke an order.
