Section 77: Expenses and receipts.

Part V: General

77(1)

There shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament—

(a) any expenses incurred by the Secretary of State or the Secretary of State in the exercise of any of their powers under this Act;

(b) any increase attributable to the provisions of this Act in the sums payable out of moneys so provided under any other Act.

77(2)

All sums received, by virtue of this Act, by the Secretary of State or the Secretary of State shall be paid into the Exchequer.
