Section 138: Adjustment of claim holdings

Part VII: Compensation for Planning Decisions Restricting New Development

138(1)

The provisions of Schedule 15 to this Act shall have effect for the purposes of this Part of this Act; and any reference in this Part of this Act to the adjustment of claim holdings is a reference to the operation of those provisions.

138(2)

For the purposes of this Part of this Act the adjustment of claim holdings shall be deemed to have been completed on 1st January 1955.
