Part II: APPOINTMENTMENT AND REGULATION OF UNDERTAKERS — CHAPTER III: PROTECTION OF CUSTOMERS ETC..

The Council shall have the function of obtaining and keeping under review—

information about consumer matters (including matters affecting consumers in different areas); and
information about the views of consumers on such matters (including the views of consumers in different areas).
