Part 1: Nationality
The following shall be inserted after section 4A of the British Nationality Act 1981 (c. 61) (registration as British citizen)—
In section 14(1) of that Act (meaning of British citizen "by descent"), in paragraph (d) for "section 5" there shall be substituted ." section 4B or 5 "
