Part 1: Nationality
The following shall be inserted after section 4B of the British Nationality Act 1981 (registration as British citizen)—
In section 14(1) of that Act (meaning of British citizen "by descent"), in paragraph (d) after the words "section 4B" (as substituted by section 12(2) of this Act) there shall be inserted ." , 4C "
