This section applies where a detention and training order is made in respect of an offender if—
The following provisions of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (which relate to supervision after end of sentence) apply as they apply in cases described in section 256AA(1) of that Act—
but with the following modifications.
“The supervision period”, in relation to the offender, is the period which—
“The supervisor”, in relation to the offender, must be—
The power in section 256AB(4) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (power of Secretary of State to amend requirements that may be imposed) includes power—
Subsection (7) applies where the term of the detention and training order is determined by section 238(3) (offender subject to two or more detention and training orders).
The offender is subject to supervision under section 256AA of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (as applied by this section) if that section (as applied) so requires in respect of one or more of the detention and training orders.
For the purposes of subsection (1), where an offence is found to have been committed—
it is taken to have been committed on the last of those days.
