Part 2: Civil legal aid for legal persons — CHAPTER 3: Calculation of disposable income and disposable capital
Subject to paragraph (2), in calculating the resources of the legal person, the amount or value of the subject matter of the dispute to which the application relates must be disregarded.
The total amount to be disregarded under this regulation must not exceed £100,000.
