In paragraph 1(4A)(a) of Schedule 4 to the Housing Act 2004 (mandatory conditions to be included in licences under Part 2 or 3 of that Act), for "solid fuel burning combustion appliance" substitute ."fixed combustion appliance other than a gas cooker"
The amendment made by paragraph (1) applies only to licences granted under Part 2 or 3 of the Housing Act 2004 on or after 1st October 2022.
