Section 80G of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (employer's duties in relation to an application for flexible working) is amended as follows.
In subsection (1), for paragraph (a) (requirement to deal with application in accordance with regulations) there is substituted—

In the Employment Rights Act 1996, the following are repealed—
section 47E(1)(b);
section 80G(2) to (4);
section 80H(4);
in section 80I(4), the words ", and the regulations under that section,";
section 104C(1)(b).
